“I think this is a complex answer, and one response won’t really cover most concerns. Safety, infrastructure, education, community feel are all important topics.”
“More jobs and entertainment”
“Independent secondary schools”
“More schools, more infrastructure before homes, more shops, better road and public transport,”
Local jobs, access to education, and healthcare Priorities:
Local jobs, access to education, and healthcare, are among the top concerns of Point Cook needing action.
Enhancing access to healthcare by advocating for improved facilities in the community, and fight for improved capacity of Werribee Mercy. This includes advocating for a reduction in Ambulance Ramping.
Advocate for better access to education such as TAFE and University, and for more schools in the community. I will also advocate for better access to Apprenticeships and Traineeship courses.
Foster local employment opportunities and economic growth to support the livelihoods of Point Cook residents, including encouraging Work from Home opportunities. This to help reduce congestion, and create opportunities for less commuting time, and more home time.
Emphasize transparent and inclusive decision-making processes that prioritize community input and feedback to address the needs and concerns of residents.
Fighting for a brighter future for all of Point Cook.
